♔ Kazuki plays basketball. This is not really surprising, he seems like the athletic type.
♔ And Yuki would be the type to cheer from the sidelines...
What it all means
♔ These memories are STUPIDLY TINY so there isn't a whole lot to say unless I nitpick and drag things out of it. For this one it's just helping to establish his relationship with Kazuki; they're close enough that Kazuki would seek him out in a huge crowd of admirers to give him a thumbs-up. SPECIAL BRO BOND.
♔ Yuki is not nearly as energetic as he was in that memory
♔ Do Student Council duties involve watching basketball games or is he slacking to watch Kazuki play...
