Nothing feels right.

Do you think it feels right to me? I have no idea what's going to help and what's going to make things worse. When Eureka came to me worried that people would leave, I promised her I wouldn't. Even though I knew I would some day, I felt that reassuring her in the moment would be better. Something is bound to change down the road, but I can't predict that. I can only focus on what I know of the present.

That's what worked for me. You should be doing what helps you. Does it help you to focus on the present, or would something else be more preferable?

I find that trying to add in all of the variables of the future can cause more worry than help. You never know what the future is going to hold; it could be good or bad, or it could just go on as it always has. But how you approach things also depends on what's wrong. Would you be able to give me an example of something that has come up that has you concerned?

I can't figure out if what I'm saying is helping Luna, or hurting her.

That's a little more difficult to say. You can only offer her what advice you think is best; but how she applies it and what she takes away is on her. Is she having a difficult time?

Yeah. She is.

That many people leaving would have been hard on her too. We were so stable for so long that it didn't really occur to me. Do you think having her help you with the newer group would help?

I dunno. Luna was alone with just them when I was with the Ice Queen and Eclipse and Night and Jill were all with Dream. I feel bad that we left her on her own with them.
